Transparent Shipping Origin: All products are packed and dispatched from our partner warehouse in China to offer competitive pricing. We ship from China to the UK, with our products processed and dispatched directly to UK customers.

💰 Transparent Pricing Policy

Orders Under £135: Import duties are generally not applicable under UK regulations for orders under £135. There are no additional charges upon delivery

Orders Over £135: These shipments are sent without DDP service. You may be required to pay import duties and VAT directly to the delivery courier before receiving your package.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Process

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping Partners: Yunexpress for international shipping from China to the UK, with Royal Mail handling final delivery within the UK
  • Tracking: You'll receive tracking information for both stages of delivery
  • Order Cutoff: 3:00 PM London time, Monday - Friday

30-Day Return Window: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process: Returns must be shipped back to our fulfilment centre in China. We provide detailed return shipping instructions when your return is approved.
