When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered within 6-13 business days from when you place it. Here's the breakdown:
- Processing: 1-3 business days (orders placed after 3:00 PM London time are processed the next business day)
- Shipping: 5-10 business days from our fulfillment center in China to your UK address
- Delivery: Royal Mail handles final delivery within the UK
Please note that delivery times may be extended by 2-5 days during peak seasons, and customs clearance times are beyond our control. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Can I return my product?
Yes! You have 30 days from delivery to return unwanted items. Here's what you need to know:
