When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered within 6-13 business days from when you place it. Here's the breakdown:

  • Processing: 1-3 business days (orders placed after 3:00 PM London time are processed the next business day)
  • Shipping: 5-10 business days from our fulfillment center in China to your UK address
  • Delivery: Royal Mail handles final delivery within the UK

Please note that delivery times may be extended by 2-5 days during peak seasons, and customs clearance times are beyond our control. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Can I return my product?

Yes! You have 30 days from delivery to return unwanted items. Here's what you need to know:

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
  • Items cannot be modified or installed

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at sales@onki.store or use our online returns portal
  2. We'll provide return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day
  3. Ship the item to our fulfillment center in China
  4. Refund processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Return Shipping: You'll need to cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, but we cover all costs if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

1-Year Warranty: All items are covered against manufacturing defects. Just contact us with photos or videos of any defects you discover.
